1.1 Voluntary Account Cancellation

• Users can cancel their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@klcars.in.
• Credits already purchased are non-refundable upon cancellation unless eligible under our refund policy.
• Once the account is canceled, unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

1.2 Termination by KL-Cars

• We may suspend or terminate access if users violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform features.
• No refunds or credit reversals will be issued in the case of termination for policy violations.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect charges due to billing or system error.
• Platform unavailability or outage lasting more than 3 consecutive days, preventing credit usage.
• If a user requests cancellation within the first 7 days of their initial credit purchase and no credits have been used (subject to review).

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

• We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
• Credits partially or fully used before the refund request.
• Failure to use credits within the validity period.
• Account suspension due to violations of policies.
• Change of plan or downgrade after credits have been consumed.

2.3 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Users will be notified via email once the refund is completed.
